01. Controller and definitions
Pailebote Digital, S.A.S. de C.V. (“Pailebote Digital”), with Mexican tax registration number (RFC) PDI260826M60 and its address at Hamburgo 182, Piso 4, Interior 400, Colonia Juárez, Alcaldía Cuauhtémoc, C.P. 06600, Ciudad de México, México, operates pailebote.com.mx and pailebote.digital (the “Site”).
In these terms, “User” means any person who accesses or uses the Site, on their own behalf or on behalf of an organisation. Accessing or using the Site constitutes acceptance of these terms.

02. Purpose of the Site
The Site presents Pailebote Digital's philosophy, activities and contact channels. Browsing it is free of charge and creates no obligation to purchase, subscribe or pay any fee.
These terms govern only use of the Site. Software development, application licences and professional services are governed by the contracts entered into in each case.
03. Enquiries and contracting
A request for information or sending an email does not in itself constitute a contract, acceptance of a project or reservation of availability. Each proposal will define, as applicable, the scope, deliverables, schedule, price, payment terms, responsibilities, acceptance criteria, maintenance and usage rights.
Commitments concerning response times, performance, availability, support or security will be only those expressly agreed for each service. Statements about Pailebote Digital's working philosophy published on the Site do not replace a project's contractual specifications.
04. Intellectual property
The text, visual identity and other original content of the Site belong to Pailebote Digital and are protected by applicable law. Third-party resources retain their own rights and licences. Font Awesome Pro icons are used under a commercial licence and are not offered for redistribution.
The User may link to the Site and quote its content as permitted by law, acknowledging the source. Any other reproduction or commercial exploitation requires Pailebote Digital's prior authorisation. Rights to developments produced for clients are established in each contract.
05. Use of the Site
The User undertakes to use the Site lawfully. Impersonating Pailebote Digital or third parties, introducing malicious code, attempting unauthorised access to systems or data, and deliberately disrupting the operation of the Site or its infrastructure are prohibited.
06. Information submitted by the User
The User must send only information they have the right to share and that is necessary to describe their request. Initial contact does not create a confidentiality agreement. If a project requires sharing trade secrets or other confidential information, the User must first request that an appropriate channel and terms be agreed. Personal data processing is governed by the privacy notice.
07. External links
The Site includes links to Wikipedia and other sources as references for certain concepts. Pailebote Digital does not control their content, which may change, and a link does not imply affiliation, sponsorship or endorsement. Links marked with the external-link icon open in a new tab.
08. Availability and liability
The Site is provided as is. Pailebote Digital seeks to keep the information clear and up to date, but the Site may contain errors or be interrupted by maintenance, technical failures or circumstances beyond its control. The Site's general information does not replace a technical assessment of a specific project.
To the extent permitted by law, Pailebote Digital will not be liable for damages arising from use of the Site or inability to use it. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, or the User's non-waivable consumer-protection or personal-data rights.
09. Changes
Pailebote Digital may modify the Site and these terms at any time. The current version is the one published on this page, with its update date. Changes do not affect existing contracts. In the event of a discrepancy between versions of these terms, the Spanish version will prevail.
10. Severability
If any provision of these terms is declared invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain valid.
11. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Mexican States. For any dispute, the parties submit to the competent courts of Mexico City, unless applicable law entitles the User to bring proceedings before other courts or authorities, particularly in consumer-protection matters. Before initiating proceedings, the User may write to contacto@pailebote.com.mx to try to resolve the dispute directly.
