01. Controller and scope

Pailebote Digital, S.A.S. de C.V., Mexican tax ID (RFC) PDI260826M60, is responsible for processing personal data received through its contact channels. Contact contacto@pailebote.com.mx about privacy matters.

This notice covers pailebote.com.mx, pailebote.digital, and inquiries sent to our contact email. If a project requires other data processing or services on behalf of a client, the relevant conditions will be established before that processing begins.

02. Information we receive

When you email us, we receive your email address, the name you provide, your message, and any attachments you choose to send. We may also receive your organization’s name and information needed to understand your request.

The infrastructure delivering the website and email service may process technical information, such as IP address, date and time, requested URL, and browser information, to provide the service and protect it against abuse.

This website has no forms, user accounts, payments, or advertising tracking tools of its own. We do not request sensitive personal data in an initial inquiry. Avoid sending passwords, identity documents, or unnecessary information about other people.

03. Why we use information

We use information to answer questions, understand needs, prepare proposals, follow up on conversations, and, where applicable, manage a service relationship. Technical data supports the operation and security of the website and email.

Contacting us does not subscribe you to advertising campaigns or mailing lists. If we propose an additional purpose that requires consent, we will explain it and obtain the appropriate authorization before applying it.

04. Providers and third-party disclosures

Web hosting, content delivery, and email rely on providers that may process information to supply those services, including from other countries. We limit shared information to what is necessary and must establish the corresponding data protection obligations.

We do not sell personal data. Any transfer other than processing services on behalf of the controller will take place only with the required consent or under an applicable legal exception. We also respond to valid requests from competent authorities.

05. Retention and protection

We keep conversations for as long as necessary to address the inquiry and follow up on the relationship. For inquiries that do not result in a contract, our retention criterion is up to twelve months after the last interaction, unless a retention obligation or unresolved dispute applies.

Contractual, tax, or liability-related information is retained for the applicable periods. Once its purpose and retention periods have ended, it is deleted or first restricted where necessary.

We apply access controls and security measures appropriate to the information processed. No transmission or storage method is entirely risk-free; avoid including unnecessary information in an initial email.

06. Your rights and how to exercise them

You may request access, rectification, cancellation, or opposition to processing of your personal data, known in Mexico as ARCO rights. You may also request withdrawal of consent or limits on the use or disclosure of your information.

Email contacto@pailebote.com.mx with the subject “Privacy”. Include your name, a means of receiving our response, the right you wish to exercise, and information that helps locate the data. For rectification, explain what should be corrected. We will explain how to verify your identity or representation in a proportionate manner; do not send identity documents in your first message.

We will communicate our decision on an ARCO request within twenty business days and, if granted, implement it within fifteen business days after the response. Where justified, these periods may each be extended once for an equal period. We will explain any legal restriction that limits the request.

Exercising these rights is free, except for permitted reproduction or delivery costs. Withdrawing consent does not apply retroactively or remove legal retention obligations.

07. Browsing, links, and updates

The website code does not install cookies or store preferences on your device. See Cookies and technology for the distinction between the page and its infrastructure. External links lead to websites with their own privacy notices.

We will publish changes to this notice on this page with an updated date. If a change requires new authorization, we will request it through an appropriate channel.
